Shri S'ad Vidya Mandal established in 1954 is a public trust and is registered under the Bombay Public Act 1950 and also under the society registration Act XXI of 1860. SVM at present is managing the following institutions:

M S K - L A W

M.S.K Institute of Law Studies is a part of Shri S'ad Vidya Mandal (SVM), Bharuch. SVM was established in 1954 as a Public Trust & Register under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 & also under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. This Institute is housed in a newly constructed building. Having Comfortable Class Rooms along with other necessary amenities. The Veer Narmad South Gujarat University has approved this Institute & given the status of affiliated College for conducting Bachelor of Legislative Law course under financing scheme.

Vision

Vision of the Institute is to provide legal education and ultimately to create law awareness and to give most efficient and promising advocates, judges, law officers, competent administrators and advisors and to provide powerful leadership to the society.

M.S.K Law, a college with differences through innovation, has made progress year by year. Its mission is to promote value based quality education.
It's main objective is not only to impart to quality education, but also to imbibe human values and morality so that the students understands their responsibility towards their society and country.
The need of the hour is to form such an institution which has a futuristic approach and imparts such instructions and training that commensurate with the international standards.

Mission

The main object of the institute is to develop among the students a sense of responsibility to serve society in the field of law by developing skills in regard to advocacy, judicial and other legal services, to prepare and train lawyers with high moral and ethical values, and to provide excess to legal education for large segments of the population and in particular to disadvantaged group such as minority class and SC/ST students living in remote rural areas of Bharuch and Narmada districts.
